"This food truck was parked at petsmart in dbq. They have a decent selection of food to choose from and the food is priced well for the portions they give you. I got the delicious chicken and shrimp meal and it comes with fried rice and veggies. I also got funnel cake fries which were incredible. The food is rich and filling so i was full all day after eating it! I definitely will be eating here again."

"Finding a standout restaurant in Dubuque isn't always easy, but Happy Hibachi certainly makes an impression. The restaurant has a cozy and clean atmosphere, which immediately makes you feel welcome. The service was great, especially considering there was just one blonde woman doing it all—running food, waiting tables, and cleaning up. Despite being short-staffed, she handled everything efficiently, and our food came out quickly. The menu offers a variety of options, and I was particularly impressed with the Pineapple Fried Rice and the curry—they were both delicious! If I had to critique anything, it would be the drinks, which were a bit too sweet for my taste( Thai coffee and tea). Overall, though, I enjoyed my dining experience and would definitely return to try more dishes. Happy Hibachi is a hidden gem in Dubuque! ---"
